The other party can’t hear me when I call and I activate the proximity sensor on my phone by putting it up to my ear, they can hear me as long as I have it on speaker or I don’t have it directly against my ear. Is there a fix for this? Tried resetting multiple times

Let’s see if your main microphone is working at all first: open voice memo and try recording something, you should see voice waves in the memo graph when recording and be able to play it back. If that doesn’t work either the problem is with main microphone and you’ll need to replace the dock assembly.
