New 3DS XL Black Screen Blue Light

Hello. My 3DS has been acting weird recently.

It wont boot, the screen is just black. It charges and there is a blue light, but there is no sound and the screen doesnt light up.

I tried entering recovery mode with L+R+A+UP but it didn’t work. Tried changing the battery with another 3DS but it didn’t work.

I tried booting with and without a SD card but it made no difference, as well as removing and putting the Wifi Chip back in.

Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks!! Anything would be appreciated
