Screen turns on for a second the powers off

I recently got my hands on a FUJITSU P19-5P/6 screen, that is quite old but really interesting since it supports tilt and has a nice 5:4 form factor. Anyway, the screen worked really well for a couple of weeks but not anymore.

The screen fails to keep powered on. When I plug it in the socket is starts for a second shows the Fujitsu logo and then shuts off, power light off. If I leave the screen some time off I can get it to cycle between on and off but never past the logo screen.

My guess is that the problem is on the power supply, an overheating MOSFET or some bad capacitors. I would like a more educated guess and some help on trying to repair it. Thanks!
