No Hot water or steam produce

Dear All i have just purchased Delonghi Dedica ec685. Problem i am facing is that my delonghi ec685 don’t produce steam or hot water. Kindly note that i have just opened the box of Delonghi.. it only produce steam or hot water for second or two then complete stop no sound no steam no hot water..
