when I turn on the Wi-Fi my phone gets extremely hot in just few seconds, from the right back under the camera , also when charging or during calls , the phone gets very hot

Yes because that is where the wifi chip is located. Perhaps its beginning to fail.

how can I fix it?
As a first aid, maybe watch out for background apps who use your wifi every time you go online and kill it.
Then, save up for a replacement logic board or new fone till it fails.
@niveen Sounds like something is shorted on the board, did phone get liquid damage or was hit badly ? It might be a difficult or relatively simple repair but it's not a typical DIY project as requires microsoldering skills and tools. Given the phone value it would be worth a try.
nothing happened, it suddenly started to show a warning message that the temperature of the phone is very high , even if I didn't use it.
@niveen although it's not very common, it might happen something spontaneously fails, perfection doesn't belong to this world. At least it should be a fairly limited damage.
