first off this isnt the actual model of my TV, it doesn’t have mine, my model is LG 60PB5600. i was swapping out my chrome cast and the HDMI lid popped off and got pushed into the TV so i was wondering what i could do to fix that since i only have one

If you’re saying the HDMI port broke off inside the TV you’ll need to remove the main board (green) and solder the port back into place, assuming the traces on the circuit board are intact. Open up your TV and post pictures of the HDMI port in question and I can be more specific. Be sure to do this with the TV unplugged and be careful not to touch any of the capacitors on the power board (the tan one).

jared.wallace6 the HDMI port should be part of your main board. Remove the back of your TV and take a couple of good pictures of the damaged port etc., post those with your question. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question If it is only the port it should be possible to solder a new port onto the board. If there is more damage you may have to replace the board. Again, it will depend on the damage and availability of a repalacment port.
