i was messing around with my iphone and i had to reboot it and then it got stuck on the apple screen and wouldnt come off so ive tryed restoring it and thats not working because i get error 1015 how do i fix this?

I believe that this has to do with downgrading :-) I am not the expert here, but what I did was that I downloaded tiny umbrella from here. Once installed, I used it to kick my iphone out of recovery mode. Hope this works for you as well. Good Luck

i used www.felixbrun.de to get firmware i wanted after this error.. it usually happens if you have restored after a jb. just remember in itunes to right click or alt click and not just restore with itunes/apple firmware, and then select your download. i believe instructions are on the site
did it now im stuck at the no sim card installed screen so i cant restore it because it doesnt read my tmobile sim now that its not unlocked
put phone in dfu mode and restore to the custom firmware then you can redo your jb and unlock

ot..that's a fib, you're very very good at this too. i'm not good at software stuff, i think brad knows his bickies and may be better help here. jared you've posted you now have error 3194 as anew question. it'd help if you clicked update question and put that info here..we don't want to lose track of you problem/s.
