What have you tried to do to make the phone turn on?

Have you tried connecting a charger to the phone?

Does the phone give an indication that it’s charging if you do?

Does it turn on with the charger connected?

Try removing the battery from the phone for a minute, reinserting it and then try to turn the phone on.

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
