Open Toshiba Satellite Pro A300 System disabled

Hello

My friends daughter has a Toshiba Satellite Pro A300 from 2009. She has forgotten her password so now the laptop is impossible to open.

I have tried to put a password in three times and again three times and it should come up with a System Disabled number, but instead it closes down.

It´s arranged with a Phoenix Trusted Core (tm) Setup Utility and came with Windows Vista

Can anybody help me ?

Thank you so much it worked perfekt and as you wrote I had to try several times but it fine now.

Next is I am going to open the Windows Vista password because its also forgotten.

PS! Is it possible to upgrade to a never version of Windows ?
