My gas powered golf cart is not recharging the battery

I bought a new battery for my ez go gas golf cart and it runs fine, it ran until the battery went dead , before I bought the new battery with the old battery it was doing the same thing, that’s why I decided to buy a new one , I drove it about 15 miles and then the battery needed to be changed
