Samsung S6 Edge, no signs of life.

I replaced a battery for an Samsung S6 Edge about a month ago. Yesterday (the 2nd of October) the owner of the phone contacted me again and said the phone has been working great until yesterday, she put the phone on charge and when she came back to grab it the phone was dead and wouldn’t turn on again. I have tried the common button presses and also tried putting a new battery in the phone but it still shows no sign of life, it also doesn’t indicate that it’s charging on the screen and the LED doesn’t light up either when “charging” so i wouldn’t say the screen is broken.

The phone sort of heats up a little when the charging cable has been in for a while though.

My computer doesn’t recognize/find the phone either for that matter.

Anyone knows what’s up and has a fix? Or is the phone actually dead for real.
