Blinking Green and Red

When i turn on my PlayStation 3 slim it turns off after 2-3 seconds and starts to blink red, so i connected it to a different TV and then it started to blink red and green! Sometimes when i turn it on it stays green, but i cant turn it off and my TV won’t find my PS3 anymore. Please help, Thank You.
