Magsafe light green, not charge, fault logic?

Hello!

My problem :

1)My magsafe always has the green light on but not charge.

2)I change the battery with a new and original but it does not work the same.

3) At the Apple store, I did a test on the macbook, the result was: Battery not charging (fault) but in perfect condition because new.

4) I have been told that it is the logical board, is it true? do I have to change it? Or can it only be the magsafe dc-in?

Thank you

Samuele.

Does your Mac power on? If it powers on, try performing SMC and PRAM/NVRAM resets if you have not already.

Update (09/28/2018)

@seglio90 Well, here is what we can try. Because you have tried both batteries, we can try the MagSafe DC in and see if that fixes the problem. If you buy it and it does not fix the problem, you can return it for a full refund quick and easy.

If that goes to no avail, to completely rule out the battery we must try one more battery. Same as the other one for returns as long it has been returned in one year.

Finally, if that does not work out it probably is a Logic Board issue.

The macbook is power on, only whit magsafe inserted.

I reset the sdm / pram / nvram but the light is always green and the battery is 0% and not in charge.
