Lot 2007 Chrysler Aspen Gas pedal got stiff shut off while driving.

Turn the key back 3 times and it Started right up made it home drove normal. Once I turned it off I went to cut it back on and it would turn over but not get any fire to crank Let it set for about 10 minutes and it crunk right up drove perfect But once I turned it off again now it won't even turn over already change the fuel pump I think it might be a relay but not sure
