Will only turn on when pluged to the charger or computer

iPhone4, officially unlocked by Apple,4 months old,under warranty, no Apple service center neither replacement available, hardware issue, phone will not restore although on the USB screen only when connected to computer or power source, iTunes error 2006/2001, could this be just the battery or something else? …If unplugged from either power source will shut off immediately

if your power button is ok when plugged in, it's seems to be a battery problem or connection battery - Motherboard.

I will try replacing the battery and see what happens and I hope is not the logic board,
