Will not connect to bluetooth

I am on my second Super Life Jacket that has the same symptoms, bluetooth

will not pair to phone. Called the company and they said to run the battery all the way down to reset the unit. No Luck! The unit is just out of warranty and the Mfg. is not interested in helping me get it fixed, nor can they give me any advice of where to send it for repair.

Let’s try deleting the bluetooth device off your phone and then see if we can re-add it. In my experience this solves most Bluetooth device problems.

Guide for Android (It says Samsung Galaxy S7 but it should work on most Android based devices)
