  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
  2. Remove the plastic engine cover.
  3. Remove air cleaner cap sub-assembly.
  4. Disconnect the camshaft position sensor connector.
  5. Remove the bolt and camshaft position sensor
