My tv have no response
The red light is on but when i press the Power button not bilking and also i tried the button in the backside of the TV
I Removed the hdmi cable and still same problem
is this a hardware or a software error ?!

unlikely that this is a firmware error. It sounds more like a bad power supply or (unlikely)the button board. remove teh back of your TV and take a look at the boards. Check for obviously damaged components (domed/leaking capacitors etc.) You can try to check the voltages on your boards. Start with the power supply (fuses etc.,)Post some pictures of your boards with your question. that will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that
