13blinks on LED backlit Sony Bravia TV’s is related to a bad inverter circuitry on the power board. You do want to give us your model number so we can further assist you with this.

The reason for the blink code is dependent upon the model number. Some Sony sets generate this code when there is a problem with the back light (CCFL type). Others may generate this for similar reasons, but without the exact model, we can not be sure.
