Smudges on Camera after back glass replacement

I ordered a transparent back for my iPhone4 and after installing, the camera is all foggy. It appears to be something on the outside of the phone, some of the adhesive that held the protective sticker on the back seems to have stuck pretty hard to the camera lens. Any Suggestions?

You'll probably won't get the adhesive off using only IPA. You will have to use something more greasy, like Goo Gone or Goo Off, to get the adhesive off. Afterwards, just clean the lens with IPA. If you mess up, you'll have to buy a new camera. You're lucky they don't cost that much.
