Post Display Replacement, what would cause the computer not to boot?
PowerBook G4 Aluminum 17" 22 1-1.67 GHz
Hello,
I just followed the guide to replace the display on the PBG4 17", prior to this replacement the computer was working fine(both on battery and A/C) connected to an external display.
I checked the logic board connector and the keyboard connector, tired re-seating them both, twice. If i pull the battery out and the A/C adapter, then put them both back it the light is amber. I then hit the power button and the light turns green, but nothing happens. It seems clear that the battery is getting charged, which I guess indicates it's not the DC-in?
I'm stumped.
Any suggestions as to what i could have done by accident, would be great.
Is this a good question?

Thanks for the responses and suggestions. After spending a good 2-3 hours checking cables against photos from guides, I'm not sure what I did. I tried the PMU suggestions, with no luck.
Not sure how to jump the logic board, but I probably just better call this a total fail and try to recoup some money for the parts.
