Wont print , changed ink , says carriage jam , nothing in there
No jam ? Says preparing to print then it doesnt

to check whether it is "my" problem:
when printer is "on" pull the mains-plug, then try to manually move print-head from parking-position (right) to the left
-mine is blocked- wont allow to move to the left...
