LCD replacement, went wrong?

  • I have replaced the LCD on my iPhone 5C and before putting everything back i turned on the phone to see if the new LCD is working. The dead battery logo came on so the LCD works. Then i screwed everything back but at the orange screw on the picture i used a longer one accidentally. Now the screen won’t turn on anymore. Also iTunes isn’t recognizing my phone.

Is my logic board now damaged or?
