2013 Subaru Forester...code 0851.

Code 0851. Safety neutral switch….bought part but can’t get the spring pin out,…bought special tool still can’t remove it….cruise light blinking…traction light on and engine light on…tried penatrating oil….it’s rusted in there…tried hammer with special tool…WD40……is there something else to try…Subaru Forester 2013…
