bad backlight or bad power board. Time to take it apart and take a look at all the boards for obvious damage. Measure the voltages going form your power board to the LED’s let us know what you get. Remove the back of your TV and post some images of all of your boards. that ay we can see what you see and can hopefully narrow this down. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that
If it is the backlight strips that have faiedl you can repalce those but it’s a bit of a PITA to do so. Here is a video that will help you with that.
