Screen resolution to big.

I dropped my phone in the toilet, so I dried it out in rice. Now everything works except the screen resolution is to big and everything won't fix on the page. If I press on the top or bottom of the screen it will move up and down. Does anybody know how to get the resolution back to normal.

Click Settings, then select General, then select Accessibility, then make appropriate adjustments. Good luck.
