Screen not working after dissasembly

Hello,

I disassembled my Galaxy S6 in order to change the home button and the dock connector. After re assembly, the screen is not working anymore. I have the LED working when I turn on the phone, but nothing else… Any idea ?

Options

The screen got damaged during removal when separating it from it’s frame. Unfortunately you will need to get the screen replaced and that is fairly expensive.
