Why won't my phone unlock after a firmware update?
After doing the recent firmware update on my galaxy J7 prime, the phone no longer unlocks even after putting the right unlock pattern.

Do you have the details for a google account you have linked with your phone? If so, simply enter the password multiple times until a recovery options comes up. Enter your email, disable your lockscreen and enter the phone. Afterwards you can re-enable your lock with either a pattern or a passcode.
