No Service after multiple attempted fixes

My iPhone 6S constantly has no service and I have run out of ideas to fix it. I have tried a different sim, I have performed a Network Settings reset, A Factory Reset and I have installed a new Lightning Port/Service Antenna. Non of these repairs have fixed the problem. Does any one have a solution?

Chosen Solution

After you have eliminated antennae or network locks as the possible culprit, searching issues on the iPhone 6 are usually related to the baseband IC. For the iPhone 6S, it could also be the WTR IC. At this point, you’re phone is more in need of a micro-soldering repair than a modular one.
