The One S won't boot, video explanation linked

Yeah so I bought an Xbox One S on eBay which came with no hard drive so I had to use a Kingston 120GB SSD, I did the whole partitioning for the SSD with OSU1 and with a USB stick. But the console will make the turning on beep with the light and then switch off a couple of seconds later. If I know the problem I can get it fixed myself as I can't afford to buy an all new motherboard unfortunately. Here is a video of me showing the issue: https://youtu.be/Ko7s1iYHu-Q
