My Sony Bravia flat screen, made October 2015 has lost it's picture already. I am a 57 year old Senior & our big back TV's lasted 20 years. I never liked flat screens but I thought Sony was an exceptional brand. A 2.5 year lifespan, really? Can someone assist me with this? SMDH..

could be an issue with a few things. From your power board to the main board or T-con board as well as the backlight array. We’ll have to start somwehere so let us know what you have checked out as well as what model this Sony is. First thing you want to do is to unplug the TV and unplug all input sources. Then hold the power button down for 30-0 sec. Plug the TV back in and only connect one input source. Turn your TV on and see what it does. Should that not work you will have to take the back of. Here you can check all of your boards for obvious damage. Post some good pictures of your boards with your question. That way we can see what you see.
