Air conditioner blows out tempid air readings show coolant is good

2008 F150 Air conditioner blows tempid air the gauge shows coolant, the compressor kicks on but no cold air..

“gauge shows coolant “ not sure which gauge this is. You are not referring to the coolant gauge on your instrument panel….Right now I would recharge the system and check for a leak. It is a 10 year old vehicle and could easily lose refrigerant. This video should at least get you to that point. Same idea on this video

The gauge I’m referring to is the one you recharge the freeon you put it on the low side of the line and put new freeon in.. the gauge shows the levels are all good

merrie chase unless you have the professional gauges that the AC shops are using I would not rely on the ones from a refill container. Try to recharge the ssystem. If you truly do have enough refrigerant you'll have to visit an AC shop anyway. Reason for that is that you need some specialized tools to work on a charged AC system.
