My phone only boots for a few seconds but not fully

Hi

So my iPhone SE only boots for around 5 seconds before turning its self off again and the screen going black. If I try to recover it with iTunes it always comes up with error message 50. I've tried multiple solutions to fix this error, such as using a different cable, reinstalling iTunes and cleaning the lightning port, none however were successful. This happened after I restored it to Factory settings and it also fell into some water, I didnt find any obvious water damage however. How can I fix this and use the phone again???

Thanks for your response!! I've repeatedly checked for water damage on the logic board, was unable to find any however. The same goes for error 50, the phone still wont boot or restore even after removing the SIM.

Options

did you check the logic board on both sides for liquid damage, with error 50 try taking the sim out and restore
