Hi,
How many beeps, just the one? Usually a single beep means that it is OK
and has started.
Do you get any other lights on the PC case, HDD etc?
Can you access any menu screens on the monitor to see if the monitor is OK?
Have you checked the monitor cables and power cables?
Have you tried a different monitor?
What have you tried to do to fix the problem?
