My heater does not blow out hot or cool air, fan does not work

have you checked the fuses?
took the liberty of checking the fuse location on a model -00, which is located behind a panel on the pasenger side of the instrumentpanel.
The fuses E1 is for HVAC, and F1 is for High Blower
