Hello,
I have the following problem. My Nintendo Switch boots only up to the Nintendo bootscreen and then goes out immediately. Sometimes I come up to the start screen, but after a few seconds, the console switches off by itself. I removed the back panel and found that the fan was not spinning.
Does anyone have an idea what I could do?

There is a chance that the console has frozen with a black screen. Look at the console in a darkened room and see if any light is coming from the screen. ... Hold the POWER Button for 12 seconds or more to turn the console off. Then, press the POWER Button to turn the console on again.

If the Switch does not immediately recognize a new game cartridge inserted into the port, do not panic. Wait a few seconds and then try to take the cartridge out and then reinserting it. If that does not do the trick, put in another game cartridge, wait for the switch to recognize it, and then replace that cartridge with the original.
