After fixing fan Xbox turns on then turns off after 2-5 minutes

I recently had a fan issue which stopped it from spinning, this inevitably caused the Xbox to overheat, as there was a clear warning message upon restarting the Xbox. However, after the fan issue is fixed (spins no problem) the xbox turns itself off after being started up after 2-5 mins, this comes with no warning or error message upon turning it on again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
