None of game carts will load

Okay, my 3ds will not load any games even though the pins on the game carts are really clean (besides one but they all won't work). I've tried the paper trick, blowing into the game slot, alcohol + qtip... None of them worked. I'm getting sad and frusturated. All that happened is that I didn't play with it (my charger was broken) for like 2 months, and now this problem arose. (everything else on it works fine)
