I have a iPhone 6. I am using it from long time. Suddenly I face a problem. Suddenly my phone touch screen not work but when I lock and unlock my phone than its work properly.i do not understand that is it hardware problem or software? Pls....... help me

well we cant tell if its software or hardware without a diagnostic.
start by reloading the software. back up your device, run a full reset, and see if it happens. if it doesnt fix the issue, your data is safe, and can be reloaded to your device. if it does, still reload it to your device. if the issue comes back after reloading your data onto your device, then your personal files have a data corruption causing the issue.
if nothing fixes your issues, then it becomes a hardware failure. This is usually more common. you would have to replace the screen to verify that it is indeed the screen that is failing or not. If it fixes the issue, then GREAT! if it doesnt, youre looking a logic board failure.

I agree not to let anything untried but I'd bet on a faulty screen, it's an iphone 6 and I'm afraid we're starting seeing released bottom quality aftermarket replacements right now.
i agree with Arbaman. as i stated this is the most common reasoning for touch to begin failing. Be sure to find a seller that uses OEM standards and QCs their parts
