i have desktop with two screens in a extend mode.
one screen work just fine while the other . the primary screen turn off
after about 4 hours.
the pc is on high performance power plane .
sleep mode and screen turn of set to never according to the plane.
even in the domain group i put this pc in the group that design to never
shutdown the pc in the group.
yet one screen always shutting down.
Is this a good question?

Does the monitor lose power or just state no signal?
Can you swap the monitors over to determine if the problem is with the monitor or the OS?

the monitor get in to sleep mode. when i tried to press any of the screen buttons there is no respond but the light is on (orange color).

What is the model number of the HP desktop computer and what OS is installed?
Do you have a 3rd party graphics adapter card installed and if so what is the make and model number of it?
Have the 2 screens worked OK before in this mode or not?
