I have Bad Keyboard

I have a bad keyboard that has several keys that do not work. How do I replace the keyboard?

I know this post is a bit old but I had this problem and found that you need to replace the keyboard palmrest. This worked for me. Its a bit of work because you have to completely disassemble the unit but I found the repair straightforward.
