Replace ink cartridge message (surecolor p-800)

I'm having troubles with my surecolor p800, its telling me "Replace the following ink cartridges before doing a printhead cleanup" but it doesnt tell me which cartridge it wants me to change or shows the sign of low ink or error/no ink left.

Any idea what the problem might be or how can i bypass this?

Here's a picture of the message: https://thumb.ibb.co/cxvebo/IMG_1296.jpg

The picture you included shows the ink level in each cartridge.

Second from left is lowest, possibly empty. Replace it.

Cartridge is low but not empty, when they're empty or too low to start the screen highlightes them with a yellow or a red icon on top, the strange thing is that noone is highlighted here.

I’m having the identical problem. It started by telling me to replace the cartridge that had the lowest level ink (VM).

After replacing it with the correct cartridge, the machine simply got stuck on the message that asdag posted i.e. no specific cartridge is requested, just a general unhappiness.

It seems to me that if there was a way of rebooting the printer it would possibly sort itself out. Perhaps there’s a simpler way? Any ideas or experience with this problem
