How to replace knock sensor?

I have a 2006 F-150 with the 5.4L Triton engine. The engine code said there was a bad knock sensor at an auto store. I now know there is two knock sensors if I’m not mistaken. I’m wondering how to locate and change both of them? I will determine which one is bad today but might as well replace both.

I’m really struggling with finding a good resource online to help me. Normally these things are on YouTube but for some reason this replacement isn’t for this type of engine!

I have the same issue, this link has the pdf instructions, think I'm going to tackle on my own, however seems more involved than I originally thought...

Thank you very much! I agree it’s a lot of work but !&&* of a lot cheaper than a shop!
