My JVC KW-XR614 stereo works with the remote but none of the buttons on the radio itself works besides the volume knob. I tried resetting it & still have the same problem,Can Anyone help me

If I recall correctly, these units have the front panel connected to the main board via a small ribbon cable. It is possible that this has come loose. The remote works a different way and the remote sensor is connected directly to the main board. This unit needs to be opened up for an a close look at all the cables and connectors.

Its connected with a connector and I opened it up and its all good i did test it to see if the pins are making contact and they all are so I have no idea what else to do
The next things to check are the individual switches themselves. If one is "stuck on", it will mess up the rest. Hit each one, one at a time, slowly to feel whether or not they work. These are what are called tact switches and you should be able to feel when they "click". verify that each one "clicks". Other than that, there is little that can be done remotely.
Where are you located? Perhaps I can take a look.
