Why does my keyboard function keys work
The rest of the function keys work it is just the F1 to F3 that wont work for the volume

What happens if you press F1 to F3 in conjunction with the Fn key?

In addition to Jayeffs question, do all other keys function normally?
Have you tried in multiple programs or even in the BIOS before any software/OS functions?

@kal i have all acess to the other function keys work prefectly fine

Try plugging in a USB keyboard and check if F1 to F3 work OK
