In assistance they told me that the card is not working anymore, is there a way to fix it?

You REALLY REALLY need to know what you're doing to work on a microwave as there are voltages inside which are far more dangerous even than live mains.
But it's not too clear from your question what the problem is. If there are just one or two buttons that have stopped working it might be possible to replace them, but if the control panel doesn't work at all then you would need a good understanding of electronics to diagnose the fault.
