Meter not working in Canon EF 35mm SLR

My Canon EF (Electronic F) 35mm SLR has suffered a complete meter failure. All other electronics are functioning properly Only the meter is failing. It has to be something mechanical between the meter and the needle. How do I go about fixing that?
