Why my bike stops running after getting wet? yamaha v2.0

i have yamaha v2.0.i whenever it get wet it stops again and again. after wash or in rain i face this problem a lot. please suggest what will be the issue? even local machanic not understanding what is the problem? after some time it starting then in running again it stops.
