How to uninstall dodol/line launcher?

I'm trying to uninstall dodol launcher and i keep getting the message "Settings" can not be used, please try to allow permissions.

Have tried to allow permissions with no success.

Options

Do you have a app icon on your home screen for this app? If so you can try to hold the icon and delete it that way.

I already did that and i still can't uninstall it and it will show what is in the pictures above
