Hi,

If you only have Wifi available on your laptop, you may be able to replace the existing WLAN card with a combined WLAN + BT card example only - (there is a link on the page for the appropriate drivers).

Here’s a link to the owner manual for the laptop.

Scroll to p.19 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the WLAN card.

Hi @ Sunny Singh

Here’s a link to all the drivers for your laptop.

Select the operating system and then scroll down to find the drivers. You may have to click on a Show All downloads box to find the ones you want.

You need to go into Device Manager in your laptop and check what make and model Bluetooth adapter is installed in your laptop as there are two different drivers available.

They are either a Dell Wireless 1707/1506/1601 WiFi/Bluetooth Driver or an Intel 6235 Bluetooth Application

@Sunny Singh

Here's the linkto the drivers.

In the Operating System select Win 7 64-bit. In the Categories select Network and then find the BT drivers.

There seems to be 2 different BT adapters so you have to know which one to download. In the laptop go to Control Panel > Device Manager > Bluetooth and either update the drivers or find out what is wrong

Is there a red cross or yellow exclamation mark next to the BT adapter in Device Manager?

If a red cross right click on the adapter entry and click on Enable.

if a yellow exclamation mark, right click on the entry and click on Update drivers and follow the prompts.

You need to be online to update the drivers or have already downloaded them and then install them that way.
